Download the MyCadillac Mobile App

First, you’ll want to visit the Apple App Store or Google Play and search “MyCadillac.” The app is white with the Cadillac logo on it. Once you’ve found it, download the app and wait for it to fully install on your smartphone. While you’re waiting for the download to finish, go to my.cadillac.com and create a Cadillac Owner Center account. Use your account credentials to log into the app once it’s installed and the app should recognize your vehicle instantly!
