Visiting my old hometown in WNY the typical lake effect snowstorm arrives. I’m preparing to driving my Cadillac 400 miles home when I get a shudder. I quickly searched for a dealer and went to RBC. I explained my situation to Service Advisor Jordan Chevier and she suggested that I probably had some snow in the wheels. “We can run it through the car wash and see if it fixes the issue”. I had an amazing experience buying a car from Robert Basil Cadillac. I was lucky enough to find a car exactly like I was looking for all the options and the only bad thing about it for me was it was a short flight away from home. Rachel Keenan was my sales person. I called her on the phone Wednesday and I hopped on a plane on Thursday and drove home in my new car from Buffalo to Brooklyn. Everything was nice and easy. I highly recommend Rachel Keenan and her co-workers! Everyone from the receptionist to the finance managers all helpful and attentive.
